Shipping

We will make every attempt to ship out your order as soon as possible.

No shipping Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

If one or more items are on backorder, we will send the order when all products are available.

Lost package

If your package has not been delivered, please contact us. We can not be responsible if the package was sent as an uninsured letter.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some shipping types will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Delivery Date

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based how quickly we can obtain and ship your items, your shipping address, and the shipping speed and options you choose.

We calculate delivery estimates by taking the estimated shipping date and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address, also based on the type of shipping you have chosen.
